I’m having 35 Ltr’s zana top box for my meteor 350 I wanted to know that do we have to keep the bush screws a bit loose or always tight because when I try to fit it on tight bush screws it does not fit and does not come off easily but while I try with loose bush screws it comes off easily but I might losse the bush screws in long ride let me know the exact way of fiting it !

Approx 80 ml of 15w40 oil can be used. First oil change can be done after 10 washes, then keep oil changes to once a year or every 30/40 washes.

Question - the key cannot be removed from the locking claw lock unlike the top case lid lock correct? I take it this is a safety feature to ensure the locking claw will always remain locked once the key is removed?

As someone with an 800# K16 and a 600# GSA... you do not need to grab a lower bar (going to hurt your back). Hold Grab the left grip and the left passenger grip (just for balance), stand straight up on the center stand, with all your weight, and it will go up on the stand. You do not need to use your strength to lift the bike on the stand.

That is one of the hardest things i have ever done! It's really badly designed if you ask me 😂
